All vendors participating in Fiesta Fest must be prepared to complete a Sales Tax Report form provided by the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration. It is imperative that each vendor submits any applicable tax due along with the report at the conclusion of the event. The completed form, accompanied by payment (preferably via check), should be returned to the Fiesta Fest organizer in a sealed envelope. The organizer will then ensure the submission of these documents to the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration.
